Binance XRP Reserves Drop to Their Lowest Level Since 2021
XRP reserves on Binance recorded a notable decline, reaching their lowest levels since 2021, following the resumption of withdrawals after the recent security incident, a development worth monitoring amid current market conditions. Data shows that XRP reserves on Binance fell to approximately 2.378 billion tokens on November 2, compared to around 2.470 billion XRP on October 30. This represents a decline of approximately 92.36 million tokens over three days, equivalent to roughly 3.74%. Despite this decline, the amount withdrawn from the exchange during this period remains relatively small compared to Binance's total reserves, suggesting that the resumption of withdrawals has not yet triggered a large-scale outflow of XRP. Nevertheless, the most notable aspect of this data is that XRP reserves have reached levels not seen on the exchange since 2021, reflecting a continued reduction in the amount of XRP held on Binance. If this trend continues, it could reduce the amount of XRP available for immediate selling on the exchange, potentially easing selling pressure in the future, provided that demand remains stable or increases.
