XRP's Weak Volume and Network Activity Are Limiting Price Growth

XRP's Exchange Supply Ratio has remained low, falling to around 0.03 in recent months. This indicates that the amount of XRP available on Binance for immediate selling is limited, reducing overall selling pressure. From a supply perspective, this creates a supportive environment for the price, as there has been no meaningful increase in exchange reserves. However, the NVT Ratio has started to climb again and currently stands near 89. A rising NVT suggests that network transaction volume is not keeping pace with XRP's market value. In other words, the recent price recovery is not being fully supported by stronger on-chain activity, indicating that demand remains relatively weak despite improving market sentiment. XRP is currently trading around $1.09 on Binance Spot. Although the price has rebounded from recent lows, it has struggled to build strong upward momentum. This reflects a market where reduced selling pressure is helping stabilize the price, but insufficient network usage and transaction activity are preventing a stronger rally. Meanwhile, the Awesome Oscillator (AO) is hovering close to the zero line, showing that bearish momentum has largely faded while bullish momentum has yet to strengthen. This points to a broadly neutral market environment. Overall, the current on-chain data suggest that limited exchange supply is supporting XRP, but weak demand and subdued network activity continue to cap upside potential. A stronger and more sustainable price advance will likely require not only low exchange reserves but also a noticeable increase in on-chain activity and transaction volume.
