Binance data indicates that Bitcoin is maintaining its fair value as the market enters a bullish equilibrium phase
Data from Binance, the largest liquidity platform, indicates that Bitcoin’s price is currently trading around $115,000, above its estimated fair value of $100,000. The upper band of the indicator is around $130,000, while the lower band stands at $77,500. This distribution reflects a state of relative stability following a brief correction in mid-October, when the price temporarily dropped below $110,000 before rebounding in recent days. The indicator is used to measure how far the price deviates from its statistical fair value, indicating whether an asset is overpriced or undervalued. When the price trades above the fair value but remains below the upper band as is currently the case it typically signals a bullish equilibrium phase. In other words, the market is in a relatively healthy state, with potential for continued upward movement if the price holds above its fair value. From a technical perspective, the upper boundary near $130,000 represents a significant resistance zone, where prices could face temporary selling pressure if reached. Conversely, the lower boundary at $77,000 serves as a key support level in the event of a new correction. What’s notable, however, is that the fair value is following a steady upward trajectory, indicating that overall market fundamentals such as rising institutional demand and declining exchange supply continue to support a medium-term uptrend. the indicator shows that Bitcoin remains in a safe zone above its fair value, with potential for a gradual upward continuation as long as it stays stable above $110,000. A drop below this level could signal a temporary rebalancing phase, while a sustained breakout above $120,000 could pave the way for new highs in the coming weeks.
