BTC Consolidation: Can Short-Term Holders Defend the $112k Cost Basis?

📉 Bitcoin recently hit a new all-time high at $126k but is currently consolidating in the $121k–122k range. 🔴 Notably, the Realized Prices of short-term holders (STH) in the 1w–1m ($113.5k) and 1m–3m ($115.5k) cohorts have converged. Their weighted average cost basis now stands at $112.2k, a level that could act as the first major support if price correction continues. 🟡 Meanwhile, the cost bases of the 3m–6m ($103k) and 6m–12m ($89.7k) holder groups are drawing closer. If the market experiences a deeper pullback, these levels may serve as secondary supports worth monitoring. To prevent panic selling from STHs, it is crucial for the ongoing consolidation to hold above the $112k line in the short term.
