Altcoin Rotation is Gradually Coming to an End
Altcoin Rotation is Gradually Coming to an End Bitcoin has been stuck in a frustrating sideways range for the past two months. Naturally, this led to a strong rally in Ethereum. But after that rally, Ethereum’s volume dominance began to decline, and trading activity started to flow into other altcoins. At the same time, we began to see sparks of Ethereum withdrawal transactions. Back in June, during the double-top phase, one of the main reasons I argued that a major correction was unlikely was the absence of any significant change in this data. Now, however, the altcoin rotation has lasted longer than expected, and this pattern has clearly emerged. Meanwhile, Bitcoin’s own movement remains weak. Yes, there is always the possibility of a reversal driven by interest rate cuts. But so far, we see no convincing signs of such a reversal taking shape. It is time to stay calm and cautious.
