Past Bull Cycle VS Current Market
In the bear market cycle of the cryptocurrency market, there are multiple instances of massive stop-loss movements, as seen in the first indicator. It becomes obvious that the market is in a downtrend, and it can feel like the market is doomed. The worst part of this phase typically lasts for about a year. However, it is during this worst period that the best buying opportunities arise. In the current situation, as shown in the second indicator, there have been no massive profit realizations or stop-loss movements since the end of 2024, and the drop in Bitcoin has been around 30%, similar to the usual correction periods. Although there may be concerns that this could be the early part of the bear cycle, many indicators suggest that the bull cycle is not over yet. From a macroeconomic perspective, after concerns such as trade wars eventually dissipate as short-term factors, there is a high likelihood that we will see a strong rally. Uncertainty in the market is an unavoidable element that will always accompany the investment landscape. Therefore, we analyze and respond to the market while managing risk.
