Understanding ASOPR and Market Behavior
When the ASOPR (Average Spent Output Profit Ratio) drops below 1, we observe investors selling at a loss. When positions are stopped out or panic selling is sufficient, we anticipate the market nearing its local bottom. If the ASOPR drops below 0 and after some time finds its local bottom, we may see a sideways to upward price movement in the market.
