Is a Negative LTH a Sign of a Market Bottom?

In the last week, especially before big price jumps, the LTH (16EMA on block) sometimes goes negative. Looking back, this often happens right before or at the lowest price points. Right now, the price is dropping around 1.25. If the LTH goes negative again, it's worth watching closely.
