Bitcoin Inflow Spiking. Whales back in the game?

We are seeing some strong spikes in exchange inflow while the funding fee is returning to the norm. Haven't seen a lot of whale inflow activities for the last few months. Seems like the whales are back in the game. Steady inflows to Binance and some strong inflows from Bitfinex is being noticed.
