Short-term risks and long-term opportunities
- The share of 6-12M holder Exchange Inflow has increased recently. In the past, prices have often seen further declines when these moves occurred. - Currently, aSOPR is similar to the level of local bottoms in the past, and many people are selling it at a loss. This could indicate that market participants are nearing their surrender. We can view these as sections that are dangerous in the short term but can be an opportunity in the long term. (It doesn't mean an immediate rise.) When someone sells it at a loss, someone picks it up cheaply. Time to check exposed positions and plan for long-term opportunities to avoid short-term risks. It's no wonder that bad data comes out in the short term when the market is struggling. It's a matter of course. What we need to do is prepare for that and plan for the long term.
