19k BTC Outflow recorded on Coinbase Pro

Despite FOMC on Nov 2 - Nov 3 which is when Fed chair Jay Powell is expected to announce details on tapering there was a 19k BTC outflow recorded on Coinbase Sunday evening EST which is morning time in Asia. Coinbase is an NA exchange - I wonder why the outflow would occur on a Sunday before a large macro event like this.
