Ethereum Network Is Gradually Strengthening
The relationship between Ethereum’s price and Gas Used, Priority Fees, and Blocks Mined suggests that network activity is still supporting ETH, although it does not guarantee a new uptrend on its own. ETH rose from around $1,900 to $2,800 before pulling back toward $2,660. Despite this correction, Gas Used remains strong at approximately 217.1 billion, with a modest 0.26% increase. The lack of a significant decline in gas usage suggests that demand for Ethereum block space has not weakened substantially despite the price pullback. The most notable signal is Priority Fees. The latest figure is around $464,000, representing a strong 26.74% daily increase. With Gas Used rising only 0.26%, the sharp increase in Priority Fees indicates that users may be willing to pay more to have their transactions processed faster. This points to increased competition for block space and can be viewed as a positive signal for Ethereum’s on-chain economic activity. Meanwhile, Blocks Mined remains almost flat at around 7,147, meaning the increase in fees is not being driven by a significant rise in block production. Instead, existing blocks appear to be experiencing stronger demand and higher fee competition. If the $2,600-$2,650 Binance support zone holds while network activity and Priority Fees remain elevated, ETH could potentially retest the $2,700-$2,800 area. For now, ETH has lost some short term momentum after its rally, but network activity has not deteriorated significantly. Stable Gas Used and rising Priority Fees suggest that Ethereum demand remains resilient. However, a sharp decline in Priority Fees accompanied by weakening Gas Used would be an important warning that the $2,600 support could come under greater pressure.
