ETH Withdrawing Transactions on Binance Hit Their Highest Level Since 2025

Ethereum data on Binance shows a significant increase in the number of withdrawal transactions, with the index reaching approximately 115,685 transactions, marking the highest level since 2025. This surge reflects a clear rise in the number of users withdrawing Ethereum from the platform during this period. However, the data also reveals that the total amount of Ethereum withdrawn was only around 352,000 ETH on the same day, a relatively modest figure compared to previous periods that saw larger withdrawal volumes despite fewer transactions. This discrepancy between the high number of transactions and the relatively lower withdrawal amount suggests that withdrawals were distributed across a large number of smaller transactions, rather than large withdrawals by whales or institutions. In other words, the recent activity appears to have been driven primarily by individual investors or smaller wallets. This pattern also reflects a reduced impact from large transactions by major wallets, as whale withdrawals typically lead to a significant increase in the total withdrawal amount even with a limited number of transactions. In this case, the high number of transactions combined with a relatively moderate withdrawal volume indicates that withdrawals were spread across a broader range of users. Recording the highest number of withdrawal transactions since 2025, alongside the withdrawal of approximately 352,000 ETH, suggests a shift in market behavior toward smaller and more frequent withdrawals. This may reflect investors’ tendency toward long-term holding or transferring assets to private wallets, while whale activity appears to have declined during this period.
