Binance Bitcoin/Stablecoin ratio signals rising buying power.

The Bitcoin-to-stablecoin ratio on Binance is a particularly effective tool for assessing the potential buying power available on the platform, which continues to concentrate a significant share of CeX liquidity. At this stage, the current data remains highly constructive. Despite Bitcoin’s recent rebound of approximately $8,000 over the past week, a move supported by an increase of nearly $4 billion in open interest, the signal delivered by this ratio remains especially compelling. The last comparable occurrence dates back to the March 2025 correction, when BTC declined from $109,000 to $74,000 before launching a new rally that ultimately pushed Bitcoin to a fresh all-time high around $126,000. Currently, the Bitcoin-to-stablecoin ratio on Binance is still hovering around the 1 level after a pronounced contraction. This indicates that stablecoins now represent a larger share of the ratio. Over the recent period, stablecoin reserves increased by up to approximately $1B, as investors either sought to protect capital or as fresh stablecoin inflows entered the platform. At the same time, BTC’s USD value continued to decline while the correction intensified, which mechanically increased the effective buying power of the stablecoin reserves held on the exchange. Nevertheless, one element deserves close attention. Recently, this ratio has started to move higher again. This shift could mark the early stages of a gradual deployment of sidelined liquidity, which would represent a very positive signal for the market.
