Binance Whale Ratio Surges, A Warning Signal for the Price Rally Analysis:

Following the market dip after October 10th, a concerning trend has emerged on Binance. The 7-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) of the Exchange Whale Ratio, a key metric for gauging sustained whale activity, has experienced a significant and steady increase. The data reveals a clear shift in whale behavior. After reaching an approximate low of 0.33 on October 12th, this moving average climbed steeply to a high level of 0.41 between October 22-25. This level is significantly higher than the values recorded in early October and indicates that large holders are consistently moving substantial amounts of BTC to the exchange; an action likely taken to sell into the price recovery. This divergence is a classic warning sign: while Bitcoin’s price has been rising, the largest players are increasing their potential sell-side liquidity. Historically, such a strong and sustained rise in the Whale Ratio EMA has often preceded periods of high volatility or price corrections. Traders should be cautious, as this data suggests the current rally is encountering a formidable wall of supply from whales looking to take profits.
