<STH Realized Price Bands Are Tightening – A Signal for What’s Next?>

Recently, STH (Short-Term Holder) Realized Price levels have been converging, indicating that the average entry price of recent Bitcoin buyers is becoming more uniform. This suggests a stagnation in market supply and demand or a growing lack of clear price direction. At the same time, the 60DMA (approx. 2 months) and 200DMA (approx. 6 months) moving averages are also tightening. A similar pattern was observed in May 2024, when declining trading volume led to a compression between Realized Price and key moving averages. This resulted in a prolonged period of low volatility and market consolidation. If no strong demand catalyst emerges, history could repeat itself. However, the biggest market driver right now could be the Trump administration’s stance on crypto. All eyes are on tomorrow’s cryptocurrency summit, where key regulatory discussions are expected. Should a bullish policy outlook emerge, it could inject fresh momentum into the market and break this tightening price structure.
