Coinbase Buying The Dip?

Finally getting some positive numbers in Coinbase Premium. Though this does not signal a perfect bottom, it certainly do signal that either Coinbase users are buying or Binance/ Bybit users are dumping. Just to add, Coinbase Premium remained negative from 70k to 53k, and today it is showing some signs of revival.
