Catching a relief bounce

By checking the 15MA and 40MA of the Taker Buy Sell Ratio (TBSR), we can expect that relief bounce would happen in the near future. When 15MA of TBSR hitting high with staying above 40MA of TBSR, BTC is usually in the local bottom which indicates that relief bounce will follow soon.
