Bitcoin on the same peak-accumulation levels as September

Bitcoin is in heavy re-accumulation. At current levels, around 3700 BTC get withdrawn from central exchanges (Based on the 30D Moving Average of the Netflow from/to exchanges). These are levels which are very similar as September 2021. The accumulation from September resulted in a 70% up move, will price do the same this time? 🔥😱
